15 Storeys High

Retro Rehab is wonderful. I very rarely (never) leave empty handed/bagged, much unlike my purse. Unfortunately one of the dresses has pearl buttons which are evil and inexplicably too small for the button holes which means I will have to go to the extreme effort of sewing on new buttons. I found one button I like. Obviously just one, not the required six. The adventure continues.

The last week has involved lots of socialising so that's that done for another few months. On Monday I went out with Mia the babe who I haven't seen for at least a million years. We accidentally matched.

Mia is great and she has a nice kitten.

I came home with belated birthday presents, all charity shopped and I am very excited and very spoilt. I also attempted to go outside to the pub with Hannah. We had a nice wild night of camping by the juke box in an old man pub planned but it ended abruptly when I definitely had food poisoning and definitely hadn't eaten too much and made myself sick on garlic bread and we sat at a bus stop drinking ciderfor the second time this week. At least it was after 11:30 this time.

What a clearly very flattering ussie.

Instead of doing studying and that for mocks I went to the museum. It's like benevolent procrastination, like not doing work but also being a proper human being outside and helping people and looking important in a red shirt. Everyone should totally go to IWM North because it's fab.

I made my first ebay sale which is very exciting. I am offically a ~5 star seller~ and it's all very fun. Fun and games until I've accidentally sold my family in a fit of overzealous listing. Mo' money mo' dresses though.

Today was horrible and I definitely nearly died in a horrific bus crash that was karma for laughing at a swearing pensioner who was cut off from a funeral procession by a bus and white van. Serves me right. I did a lot of public crying which I am not all that pleased about but I hope to milk this for sympathy (that is not coming from my mother) On a brighter note I discovered that Sean Lock made a sitcom so silver linings and whatnot.
